Check-in and Check-out 
Check in from 3:00 pm - check out by 10:00 am please.

You can park your car in front of the hotel for the check-in, after we ask you to leave your car at the parking behind the house where you find an entrance and the ski- and bike deposit to comfortable unload your luggage and the sports equipment.

Holiday homes
Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival, bathrobe, water heater and room cleaning only on request.
Toilet paper, soap and kitchen utensils are available upon arrival but will not be refilled.
Dishwashing liquid and detergent for the laundry room (washing mashine, dryer and iron) for a fee.

Booking terms and conditions
Please confirm your booking in writing! We will send you a written booking confirmation with a request of payment of a deposit. As soon as we have received your deposit the booking is then binding for both sides.
Please send us a copy of your document for check-in and credit card details as deposit for any damage at our scructure prior to your arrival.
The total price for your stay does not include the local tax of € 3,00 per person and day.

Pets
Dogs are welcome on request. If there is special final cleaning required we charge an additional fee, same for any damage caused.

Room number
Please tell us which room you prefer. We will try to fulfil your wishes.

Contactless Check-Out / Payment
Please pay the residual of your stay including local tax at arrival.
Guestsa are responsible for all damages and thefts.

Covered parking spaces in our large underground car park and separate cellars for valuable bicycles are available to our guests on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We look forward to welcoming you with us. Should anything happen to make this impossible, we would ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to let the room otherwise or to find a solution acceptable to everyone. We retain the deposit payment as an administrative charge.
For your own advantage we recommend you take out holiday cancellation protection insurance.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
In case of cancellation until 30 days before the day of arrival, only the deposit will be retained and no further cancellation fees will be charged.
In case of cancellation from 29 days before the day of arrival we charge 50% of the agreed total price, less the deposit already paid.
In case of cancellation from 15 days before the day of arrival we charge 75% of the agreed total price, less the deposit already paid.
In case of late arrival or early departure or no show we charge 100% of the agreed total price, less the deposit already paid.
Cancellations are only accepted with mutual confirmation.
